To use: Cleanse face, apply the mask all over face, neck and shoulder area. Massage lightly (the Kelp acts as beauty grains to promote exfoliation). Leave on for about 5-10 minutes. Remove with a warm washcloth. Use a tonic or hydrosol on a cotton ball for complete removal. Apply your moisturizer as usual. Kelp contains iodine, so those with iodine allergies should not use this mask.

NONI THE MIRACLE FRUIT

I first found out about Noni when I came to Costa Rica. After reading about it online, hearing the news,I gave it a try.
I didn't have any serious health problems but can personally vouch for the energy, weight loss and anti-aging part.
After just two months taking half the recommended dose and skipping days,I saw for the first time in my life smooth skin when I looked at the mirror.
Over one year passed since then and I am Noni addict for life.
This is what I've learned about Noni:
When choosing a Noni product make sure the maker of the product is certified with at least two reputable agency. The best are USDA,NOP and CCE.
Call the agency, ask if the company have any complaints against them.
Aged 8+ weeks Noni make the most potent products.
Location really doesn't matter. There is no difference between Hawaiian Noni and Costa Rican Noni, except the prices...
If you don't like drinking juices, the capsules are excellent alternative.Research showed that the effect is 98% identical.

This is a research by Neil Solomon M.D.,Ph.D. He studied the benefits of noni on 10 000 people.Take a look at the impressive numbers:

HOMEMADE REMEDIES FOR THE EYES

1.Undereye Circle Lightener

To lighten dark circles under your eyes, wrap a grated raw potato in cheesecloth and apply to eyelids for 15-20 minutes. Wipe off residue and apply an eye cream.

FACIAL EXERCISE FOR THE FACE

Facial exercises or chisel exercises are facial skin treatments with many side benefits. The upcoming interest for these exercise arose from the awareness that facial muscles are not only attached to the bones but also to another facial muscle or skin. As a result when a facial muscle contracts it shortens the face.

Facial exercises pull and push the facial skin to permit more oxygen as well as nutrients to the cells of the skin. As a result the old and damaged cells are whisked away and the face complexion gets better or cleaner. Since facial exercise enables the skin to absorb more moisturiser the wrinkles will be rubbed out within no time. The most advantageous aspect of facial exercises is that they are economical and you can do it absolutely free. Here are the instructions for facial exercises that you have to practice once in a day for a healthy and glowing face.

* Sit in a chair and tilt your head back. Look at the ceiling by pursuing your lips. Move your closed lips in a chewing motion for 20 minutes.
* Sit in a chair and tilt your head back. Look at the ceiling by pursuing your lips. Start puckering your lips in a kissing motion. Repeat this kiss for 10 times and return to the normal position. Again repeat this action 5 times.
* Sit in a chair and tilt your head back. Look at the ceiling by pursuing your lips. Open your lips and hold out your tongue. Try to touch your chin with the tip of your tongue. Keep this position for 10 counts and return to the normal position.
* Sit in a chair and tilt your head back. Look at the ceiling by pursuing your lips. Now move your lower lip to the upper lip as far as possible. Keep this position for 5 counts and return to the normal position.
* Place two fingers at temples on each side of your head. Open and close your eyes rapidly. You can repeat this action for 5 times.
* Close your eyes and look down and up. Repeat this facial exercise for 10 times. After this stretch your eyebrows for 5 counts and come back to the normal position. You can repeat this action for 5 times.
* Look straight with your eyes wide open and relaxed. Now look up, down, left and right by keeping your head still. Repeat this action for 10 times.
* Frown as much as possible while trying to bring your eyebrows over your eyes. Then lift your eyebrows as far as possible while opening your eyes as far as possible. Repeat this action for 5 times.
* Lie down on your bed and hand and hang your head on the edge looking at the ceiling. Now, lift your eyebrows as high as possible and open your eyes wide. You can repeat this exercise 10 times.
* Wrinkle your nose as far up as possible while flaring your nostrils. Keep for a count of 10, relax and repeat 5 times.
* Smile as broadly as possible, without opening your lips, keep there for 5 counts and when relaxing start puckering your lips in a pointed kiss. Repeat this action for 10 times.
* Have a relaxed smile with your lips closed and then suck in your cheeks towards and on to your teeth. Hold this position for 10 counts and repeat 10 times.
* Pout your top lip, turning the corners of your lips upwards and move your cheek muscles towards your eyes. You should at this stage try to get your top lip touching your nose. Keep in this position for 10 counts, relax and repeat 5 times.

You can see the obvious improvement in your face only after two weeks. Within six to nine months you're looking five to ten years younger than you were before starting to exercise! It's so much fun to have a natural skin care, and look younger with these simple exercises.

TOMATO TO FIGHT SIGNS OF AGING

Photobucket

We all know tomato is good for us,but now there is proof that can make us look younger.

The finding is based on a research by boffins at the universities of Manchester and Newcastle, who found that adding just five tablespoons of tomato paste to the daily diet can improve the skin’s ability to protect against harmful UV rays.

Damage from UV rays can not only lead to premature aging, but also skin cancer.

The researchers suggested that the protective effect was due to the antioxidant lycopene that is found at its highest concentration when the fruit has been cooked.

Lycopene has already been linked to a reduction in the risk of prostate cancer.

As a part of the study, 10 volunteers were given around 55g of standard tomato paste and 10g of olive oil daily for a period of three months.

A control group of 10 participants received just the olive oil.

The researchers found that volunteers who were given tomato had 33 percent more protection against sunburn, and higher levels of a molecule called procollagen that gives the skin its structure and keeps its firm.

"The tomato diet boosted the level of procollagen in the skin significantly. These increasing levels suggest potential reversal of the skin aging process," The BBC quoted Professor Lesley Rhodes, a dermatologist at the University of Manchester, as saying.

Ancient Egyptian Cream And Hair Tonic

Here are two great Ancient Egyptian beauty secrets.
Give them a try,you will like them!

Ancient Egyptian Skin Cream:
One Teaspoon Sweet Almond Oil
Two Drops of Essential oil of Frankincense
Massage on clean face nightly.

Ancient Egyptian Hair Tonics (to encourage growth) included one or more of the following:
Fir oil, rosemary oil, (sweet) almond oil, castor oil and fennugreek.
Fenugreek was also added to facial tonics.

Cleopatra bathed in milk and honey, (and Indonesian princesses in sheep or cows milk - skin is not rinsed afterwards, cleansing skin with milk is also recommended in Ayurvedic beauty). In Egypt, skin was frequently oiled not just after bathing but throughout the day with almond oil fragrenced with frankincense and myrrh.

Not only hair but nails were dyed with henna in Egypt and other parts of the Near and Far East. Persians believed that henna dyes, which they used to stain both their hair and faces, let them summon the majesty of Mother Earth.

Cleopatra also discovered the benefits of adding 1-2 c of dead sea salt into a bath, the minerals contained in it combat stress and aging.

In Morocco, Olive Oil, (extra-virgin), has long been relied upon as a body moisturizer and hair conditioner (warmed).

In both Egypt and Mesopotamia, lavender, lily, myrrh, thyme, marjoram, chamomile, peppermint, rosemary, cedar, rose, aloe, olive oil, sesame and almond oil provided the basic ingredients of most perfumes. Romans used oil based perfumes in their baths. In the Middle Ages in Europe, long hot baths period were considered a beauty treatment.

In ancient Indonesia, hair was rinsed with coconut milk to strengthen and condition it. For bathing, flowers like jasmine, gardenia, hibiscus, magnolia, and rose were added to water. Coconut oil was used to soften skin.
